Please visit Alexandria's JobLink website to read more about available services, including a variety of employment services from basic resources to intensive assistance.
Business Assistance
As the DoD agencies relocate to the new BRAC identified sites between 2008 and 2011, other surrounding businesses may also be impacted by the changes brought on by BRAC. The Alexandria BRAC Business Transition Team will work with all businesses in Alexandria, delivering information and assistance to help manage the transition process. The joint Alexandria and Arlington Transition Center Team serves as the primary point-of-contact for BRAC affected businesses and will provide business services such as:
- Recruitment Assistance
- Training and Education Workshops
- Start-up/Small Business and Entrepreneurship Options
- One-on-One Counseling
- Information and Research
- Match-up and Networking Opportunities
- Resource Referrals
- Up-to-Date Status on Transition Progress
Please check this site often and stay tuned for more information and details as they become available.
