Two Alexandria Restaurants Receive RAMMY Nods
The Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) recently held their 2006 RAMMY Awards. Among those nominated were Alexandria's own Restaurant Eve and Evening Star Cafe.
Following his win last year as "Rising Culinary Star of the Year
," Cathal Armstrong of Restaurant Eve was nominated in the following categories:
- Chef of the Year
- Fine Dining Restaurant
- Wine & Beverage Program of the Year
The Evening Star Cafe was nominated for Neighborhood Gathering Place...and named the WINNER in that category!
