The corridor features two Capital Beltway (I-95) exits and one interchange, as well as access to three yellow- and blue-line Metro stations (Eisenhower Avenue, King Street and Van Dorn Street). Current zoning permits office, hotel, retail, and residential uses with more than 60 acres available for development in 8 different parcels. The corridor is planned to develop as a diversified, mixed-use area, with high-density commercial development.
