The Mayor’s Local Business Outreach Program (MLBOP) was initiated to establish close relationships with Alexandria business owners. The goal is to meet with local businesses and hear about their experiences and success and to also identify and address any needs or concerns. The program offers face-to-face meetings with the Mayor and/or a City Council Member, and an additional representative from the Alexandria Economic Development Partnership, Inc. (AEDP) staff. The meetings are generally held at 4:30 pm on Thursday and last approximately one hour.
