A completely redesigned and enhanced web site was launched today by the Alexandria Economic Development Partnership, Inc. (AEDP). With a totally fresh appearance and format, the new web site contains new and updated information on everything from new businesses and developments throughout the City of Alexandria to concise information about available space and incentives. The new web site can be viewed at http://www.alexecon.org.

The AEDP web site has also undergone significant improvement in the areas of content, navigation, and design. A menu, “Home” and “Contact Us” buttons are now accessible from every page.

Notable new features include a list of new businesses opening throughout the City of Alexandria and updated information about the Base Closure and Realignment Commission (BRAC) process. Furthering our efforts to match retailers and available space, there is now a form available online for brokers and property owners to submit information about available retail space.

The AEDP is a public/private partnership, which plans, directs, manages and implements efforts to attract, expand and retain business operations in the City of Alexandria. AEDP has worked since 1981 as a facilitator to establish Alexandria as a nationally recognized community and business center.
